We are looking for a senior app developer to join Misaq full time and help us ship the product.
About Misaq
Misaq is a Muslim marriage app built on a covenant, not a subscription. One verified match at a time, with the wali involved from the first message, and nobody pays until two people both say yes.
We are a Delaware C Corp with a full time founding team. The product and the pricing model are defined, the community is open, and the app is rolling out.
The role
You will own the app end to end alongside the founders: architecture, build, release and the hard product calls that come with handling identity documents and private conversations.
- Full time, working directly with the founders.
- Ship the core journey: profiles, verification, supervised chat and the wali dashboard.
- Take real ownership of the codebase rather than picking up tickets.
What we ask for
- At least five years of app development experience.
- Production apps you can point us to, shipped and in people's hands.
- Care for the people using this. Misaq handles marriage intentions, families and identity documents, and that raises the bar.
