How to ask us to delete your data
Choose either one:
On WhatsApp. Send DELETE MY DATA along with your Nikah ID code to the Misaq team at +92 370 8771334.
By email. Email moiz@misaq.app from the email address on your Nikah ID, and include your Nikah ID code.
What happens next
We confirm your request.
Then we delete your Nikah ID, your contact details, your match history and your messages, within 30 days.
Records we are required to keep by law, such as payment records, are kept only for as long as the law requires.
We tell you when it is done
We confirm on WhatsApp or by email once the deletion is complete.
