1. This agreement
These terms are between you and Misaq Inc, a Delaware corporation, of 8 The Green STE B, Dover, DE 19901, United States. By using Misaq you agree to them.
Misaq is a Muslim marriage platform. You create a Nikah ID, our system finds compatible matches, our team approves each match, and we introduce matched members and their families on WhatsApp.
2. Who can use Misaq
You must be 18 or over, seeking marriage (nikah), and legally free to marry.
3. Your responsibilities
Give accurate and honest information about yourself.
Be respectful. No harassment, no fake profiles, and no misuse of another member's details.
Families and walis are welcome, and are part of how Misaq is meant to work.
4. How matching works
Matches are suggested by our system and approved by our team. We may decline to suggest any match.
We do not guarantee a match, and we do not guarantee a marriage.
5. Fees
Creating a Nikah ID is free. Matching is free.
A connection fee applies when both people agree to be introduced:
USD 6 for 1 connection · USD 12 for 3 · USD 20 for 6. The PKR equivalent can be paid by bank transfer.
Early members may receive connections free.
If the other side does not reply, or steps back, your credit is kept for the next match.
Walis are always free. We take no commission on marriage.
6. WhatsApp messages
By joining you agree to receive match updates from Misaq on WhatsApp. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
7. Suspension
We may pause or remove members who break these terms.
8. Limitation of liability
Misaq is an introduction service. Members are responsible for their own decisions, their own checks, and their own meetings.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
